Returns & Refunds policy
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled service time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost unless management deems otherwise.
Credits for Future Services
If a cancellation occurs, we aim to provide credits for future cleaning services instead of refunds.
Credits are valid for 7 days from the original service date.
These credits can be used to reschedule your service at a convenient time.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
Steamy Maids Cancellations: If we cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be issued if the client does not wish to receive a service credit.
Service Not Rendered: If the service was not delivered as promised and cannot be resolved with future credits.
Refund requests must be submitted within 4 hours of the original service time. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Conditions for Refunds or Credits
The client must provide a clear statement via email at steamymaidsservices@gmail.com explaining the issue.
Management reserves the right to review all requests and make decisions at their discretion.
Gift Bookings
If the service was booked as a gift, the recipient will receive a service credit for the value of the booking.
Refunds for gift bookings will only be issued to the original purchaser if deemed necessary.
